These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ravea website (the “Site”) and any purchases you make through the Site. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1) Eligibility & Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and not to misuse or interfere with the Site’s security or operations.

2) Products & Disclosures

Jewelry products: We sell jewelry products through the Site. Product photos and descriptions are provided to help you understand the item; however:

Colors may vary due to lighting and device display settings.
Measurements may vary slightly due to manufacturing differences.
Availability may change without notice.

Drop-shipping: Many items are shipped directly from third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners. As a result, packaging, shipping origin, and delivery times may vary.

3) Orders, Acceptance & Cancellations

Order acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel orders at our discretion, including due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or address verification problems.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at RaveaJewelry@outlook.com.

If an order has not been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it.
If an order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return policy (if applicable).

4) Pricing, Taxes & Promotions

Pricing: Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.

Taxes: Sales tax may be collected where required by law, based on your shipping address.

Promotions: Discount codes and promotions may have separate rules (expiration dates, product exclusions, one-time use). We may modify or cancel promotions at any time.

5) Payment Terms

We accept PayPal and debit/credit card payments through our payment processors. By submitting payment, you represent that:

you are authorized to use the payment method, and
the payment information provided is accurate.

We do not store full payment card details. Payment processing may be subject to the payment provider’s terms and privacy policy.

6) Shipping & Delivery

Shipping area: We ship to customers in the United States (unless otherwise stated on the Site).

Processing and delivery times: Because we use drop-shipping, processing and shipping times may vary by item and supplier. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as estimates and are not guarantees.

Address accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or delivery failure, you may be responsible for reshipping fees and/or restocking fees (where applicable).

Risk of loss: Risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered to the shipping carrier, to the extent permitted by law. If your state does not allow this limitation, the risk of loss passes at delivery to you.

7) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Return/refund eligibility and timing (if offered) are governed by our Return Policy. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Return Policy, the Return Policy controls for returns and refunds.

Important jewelry note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain jewelry items (such as earrings) may be non-returnable unless defective, where permitted by law. Please refer to the Return Policy on the Site for the exact rules.

8) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within a reasonable time and include:

your order number
photos of the item and packaging
a short description of the issue

We will evaluate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or other remedy consistent with our policies and applicable law.

9) Warranty Disclaimer (To the Extent Permitted by Law)

Except as expressly stated on the Site or required by law, products and the Site are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so some or all of the above may not apply to you.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ravea and its owners, affiliates, suppliers, service providers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ravea’s total liability for any claim relating to the Site or products will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

11) User Content (Reviews, Comments, Photos)

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content (“User Content”), you agree:

you own or have permission to post it,
it does not violate any law or third-party rights, and
it is not defamatory, obscene, threatening, or misleading.

You grant Ravea a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content for business purposes (such as marketing and product pages), unless prohibited by law.

12) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, product listings, designs, and software) is owned by or licensed to Ravea and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.

13) Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

use the Site for unlawful purposes
attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
disrupt Site functionality or security
scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to collect data without permission
submit false information, impersonate others, or misuse promotions

14) Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, which explain how we collect and use personal data.

15) Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Disputes: If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us at RaveaJewelry@outlook.com to try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve it, disputes may be resolved in the courts located in Arizona, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Consumer rights: Some states provide consumers additional rights. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the Effective Date. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective means you agree to the revised Terms.
