This Return & Refund Policy explains the rules for returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made from Ravea. Because we fulfill many orders through drop-shipping, processing times may vary. This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States unless otherwise stated.
1) Return Window
We accept return requests submitted within 14 days of delivery (based on the carrier’s delivery confirmation), unless an item is listed as final sale or otherwise excluded below.
To start a return, you must contact us within the return window at RaveaJewelry@outlook.com and include your order number.
2) Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused, unworn, and unaltered

In original condition

Returned with original packaging (including any boxes, pouches, tags, and inserts, if provided)

Free from signs of wear, damage, or odors
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
3) Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by law or unless they arrive damaged/defective:

4) How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Do not send items back without approval, as we may be unable to process unapproved returns.
5) Return Shipping Costs

Customer responsibility: Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped) or a verified defect/damage, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless required by law.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Ravea is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
6) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on item availability and the situation.
7) Refunds (How They Work)
If your return is approved and received, we will inspect it. Once accepted:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal or card), unless otherwise required by law.

Refund processing typically occurs within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and approved (timing may vary by bank/payment provider).
If the return is rejected due to condition issues, we may ship it back to you at your expense (where permitted).
8) Exchanges
We may offer exchanges depending on inventory and supplier availability.

9) Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately. Because orders may be processed quickly through drop-shipping partners:

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

If cancellation is not possible, you may request a return once the order is delivered, subject to this policy.
10) Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

11) Chargebacks
