This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works for orders placed on the Ravea website (the “Site”). Because we fulfill many orders through drop-shipping, items may ship from different locations and may arrive in separate packages.

1) Shipping Destinations

United States: We primarily ship to customers in the United States.

International (Outside the U.S.): We may accept certain international orders from time to time. If international shipping is available at checkout, the order may be shipped internationally under the terms in this policy. If international shipping is not shown at checkout, we may not be able to ship to that destination at that time.

2) Processing Time

Order processing is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment (verification, supplier processing, packing, and handoff to the carrier).

  • Typical processing time: 1–5 business days

  • Processing times can vary based on supplier availability, high-demand periods, holidays, and product type.

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. holidays.

3) Estimated Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

Delivery time depends on your location, the shipping method selected, carrier operations, and supplier fulfillment timelines.

United States (Typical Estimates)

  • Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping (if offered): 3–10 business days after processing

International (Typical Estimates, If Offered)

  • Standard International: 10–25 business days after processing

  • Expedited International (if offered): 7–15 business days after processing

Important: These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to carrier disruptions, weather, customs processing (international), and other factors outside our control.

4) Shipping Rates

Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Rates may vary by:

  • destination

  • package weight/size

  • shipping method selected

  • supplier/fulfillment origin

Free shipping promotions (if offered) may have eligibility requirements and may be modified or ended at any time.

5) Split Shipments (Multiple Packages)

Because we use drop-shipping:

  • Your order may ship in multiple packages and may arrive on different days.

  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers.

  • If you ordered multiple items, some items may ship sooner than others depending on supplier availability.

6) Tracking Information

When available, we will email tracking information once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

7) Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may be able to reship it, but additional shipping fees may apply.

  • If a package is refused or not claimed, it may be returned (or sometimes abandoned by the carrier). Refunds in these cases may be reduced by shipping/handling costs where permitted.

8) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders (outside the U.S.), your shipment may be subject to:

  • customs inspections

  • import duties

  • taxes

  • brokerage/handling fees

These charges are not controlled by Ravea and are typically the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before ordering.

Customs delays can also extend delivery timeframes.

9) Delivery Issues, Lost Packages & Carrier Delays

Carrier delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other events outside our control. However, we will do our best to assist you with tracking and updates.

Marked as delivered but not received: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package:

  • check around your property and with neighbors/building staff

  • confirm your shipping address

  • contact the carrier to request GPS delivery confirmation (where available)

  • contact us so we can help guide next steps

Lost in transit: If a package appears lost (no tracking movement for an extended period), contact us. We may open an investigation with the carrier and/or supplier. If confirmed lost, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances and supplier availability.

10) Damaged Packages / Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the item and packaging

  • a brief description of the issue

We will review and help resolve the issue per our Return & Refund Policy.

11) Incorrect Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work to correct the issue.

12) Shipping Restrictions

Certain items may have shipping restrictions depending on destination laws and carrier rules. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders if we cannot legally or practically ship to a particular location.

13) Policy Updates

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
